As always, Jacc’s cut and blow dry were customised to suit my hair. I am very happy with the result today.

From start to finish I had a wonderful experience- lovely coffee- fabulous stylist who always knows just what I want/need with my hair and left feeling like a million dollars!

To say I was in desperate need of a restyle would be an understatement. Additionally I was having a crisis of confidence about what to have done. My previous salon has left the locality and gone to their other main salon which is not convenient for me to go to. I had been a customer of this quite prestigious renowned Leicester salon for a min of 15 years. So…a big decision for me. But KH has a good rep and equally prestigious. Following a discussion and a look through some pics I’d brought, Grace (‘New Talent’’ Stylist) came to the rescue. I’m so very happy with the service I was given by Grace - friendly, helpful, attentive and clearly a talented skilled professional hairstylist. I love my cut and restyle. And my friends are highly complimentary. Grace gave me exactly what we talked about. And we have a plan now. Further appointment booked for a ‘neaten’ up cut (I’m growing out a colour) with a view to moving onto having my hair coloured. I’m pleased to say that I now have a new stylist. And she’s called Grace. Thankyou Grace. And KH Salon Oadby.

Firstly Vicki's technique towards removing all shampoo from the back of the neck was really effective and welcoming. The shampoo message was just paradise.

Grace listened to what I needed her to do for my daughter and did an amazing job. My daughter has really thick hair and her scalp always needs a deeper clean which she did and styled her hair the way she wanted it. Very Happy and will be coming back soon for another haircut.

The only downside was the young lady that washed my hair didn't take much care in removing the dye around my face & neck.

Have a dry cut because of back problem Jordan did just what I wanted

First time hair colour/ highlights turned a bright orange after a few days, second visit four weeks later, toner shade turned out to be uneven and much darker than expected, the stylist did a quick dry trim if the layers again which is uneven and the young girl that washed my hair took ages and than when drying my hair nearly burnt my scalp by bringing it too close ti my head at a high temperature she also struggled with setting the water to the correct temperature when washing my hair and it kept going cold.
Above all, there’s a line going straight across my forehead from the hair colour which the assistant was unable to remove and six hours later it’s still not come off.
I wasn’t given a towel to clean the water dripping from my ears when my hair was being washed and I had to ask for tissues to clean residues of the colour from my ears.
Really poor service compared to my usual place!!

Jacc was very helpful. Somehow I'd mistaken the date of my appt and turned up a day early! Though he was very busy he fitted me in. As usual, I'm very pleased with the result.

We had a really positive experience with our sons first hair cut (shave) Grace was excellent and just got on with the job at hand. There were no tears and our son was really happy with the car seat he was sat in! Thank you very much we will most definitely be back!

Jacc truly gives the best hair cuts, to such a high standard. It’s taken me years to find him! He offers honest and sound advice, knowing what will/won’t work for your hair and face. The salon on the whole offers a lovely experience - a great team effort.
