Lovely member of staff greeted me and checked my temperature.
Another member of staff washed my hair and was attentive at all times asking about water temperature and making effort to use specific conditioner as if coloured my hair that am.
Lauren as always brilliant at what she does it was lovely to see her and have a catch up. Feels like I’ve known her for a long time.
