Always love going to see Lisa and having my 90 min pamper, not only is she an awsome stylist, she is very patient, kind, and a brilliant ear. To talk to, always smiling, full of knowledge. Thank you Lisa always lovely experience. Can't wait to try out the new hair extensions.

I came to the hairdressers for the first time in years. Jake was an absolute babe! He listened to everything I wanted and definitely delivered. He gave me advice on how to look after my extensions and tips on how to style my hair. He has restored my faith in hairdressers and when I return I will specifically ask for Jake. I was too busy talking so forgot to leave a tip so I’ll give him double next time. Thanks Jake! AUK are lucky to have you.

Carol and the team,from the beginning until the end, always make me feel welcome. I value your hard work, and when possible, I like to leave a tip to say thank you. This time, I was not able to do this because it can't be done by POS transactions. Nowadays, we barely carry cash with us. I think there should be other alternatives than the remote cash in hand. Just a thought.

I came in for my usual full head of colour with a cut and blow dry but fancied a change and asked for something very different to what I normally go for. Jake instantly knew what would work with my hair and nothing was too much for him. The end result is amazing, as always - Jake really is the best. The rest of the service received from the receptionist to the young girl bringing me my cup of tea was wonderful. This is why I keep coming back to AUK - fantastic service all round.
