I have been to liberty hair salon many times, but this time i went i was really disappointed. I had to wait over 20 minutes past my appointment time putting me behind. I find the atmosphere in there unfriendly recently, you are spoken to by the hairdresser but thats about it. When we left my child's hair didn't look too bad, but i am appalled at how bad the fringe cut is. It really doest look like a professional has cut it, although looking at it i think the word hacked would be a more accurate description for it. It is far too short, all different lengths, poor little thing would be mortified she had to go out looking like that if she was old enough to realise. Luckily there are no school photos or anything coming up, pretty appalling for a service i paid for.
