I've been going to this salon and to Billy for about 9 years and have never been disappointed. The salon has always has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere as well as being nice and bright it's always kept clean and tidy, Billy is very polite and thorough and i can honestly say i have never felt disappointed with the end result. He is by far the best stylist in that salon.

Been going here for about two years after an awful haircut elsewhere. Always a super chill atmosphere & always leave really happy with my hair, which is cut by Will :)

Billy is an amazing hairdresser, I am always so pleased with my hair and as a bonus he is a lovely person too!

I've been going here now just over a year. The moment you walk in , you are greated with a smile and all the staff say hello . They offer a drink while you wait and asked how I've been. Billy such a friendly person , who listens to what you want , also very honest on how it would work. The cut he's done one my hair is fabulous . after my cut and blow dry , I walked out feeling a million dollars. ( I've been ill the last few months and this is just what the doctor ordered ) ????????????

Lovely head massage with my shampoo. Stylist was friendly and chatty so felt very comfortable. Perfect amount of hair taken off, felt soft and light. Quite expensive but great student discount!

always an absolute pleasure to get my hair done here. Professional service and nothing is too much trouble. I'm really fussy about the way my hair is cut but Billy always makes an excellent job making sure that everything is satisfactory.

I’ve been twice so far, once to have a complete hair colour change from my natural blonde to sliver and another for roots and toner. Both times were amazing. You always feel so comfortable and welcome. I would definitely recommend this place, you get exactly what you ask for.

Took a long time to make sure I got the cut I wanted. Tamed my thick bushy hair! Friendly and good price. All on time even with a busy salon. Slight shame about the disposable towels though.

Had a blow dry today and felt the whole experience a bit rushed my hair feels awful now wasn’t even asked if I wanted the straighteners through it! For the price of it was expecting a better experience not even shown the back of my hair in the mirror afterwards! My hair feels horrible now had my hair blow dryed there before and i was pleased with our won’t be returning after this experience

Laura is so knowledgeable about hair colouring. She has improved my colour but also the condition of my hair. She is also lovely, as are all the team at Lincoln!

I go to Billy every 10 weeks and he keeps my hair in a healthy condition so I can have it so long. I have bleached and highlighted hair but with regular cuts I’m able to have it long down my lower back. He only ever cuts off what’s needed to keep it looking blunt and neat but still keeping as much length as possible. Plus his blow drys look amazing and last until I wash it again.
