I can't thank Chloe enough for the service she has given me and my family this week. After being given the awful task of cancelling appointments due to the current covid situation she bent over backwards to sort out new apointments. At all times she had our best interests at heart and acted proffesionally and calmly making me feel valued as a customer. As a result she actually ended up cutting my hair as my usual stylist couldn't. I have to say after a pretty rubbish morning for her i was welcomed with open arm and a smiling face. My haircut was perfect.
To this day I've/we've always had exceptional service from all the staff at lincoln Toni & Guy and throughout the pandemic this has not faulted. Thank you to you all !
