As always Lottie was amazing! Not only did she cut and colour my hair, she repaired a lock down disaster for me. I feel instantly comfortable and at ease whenever I visit Browns in Stamford. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and professional.

I hadn't had a hair cut since September and there is no way I would trust it with anyone but Lottie. Just an absolute legend, super friendly, down to earth, easy to chat to and equally importantly gives a smashing hair cut, makes it look super sharp every single time. Excellent. 12/10.

It’s been some time since tahlia has cut my hair ( due to covid) I went in for a patch test, and was greeted like a family member, I can’t wait for this hair designer and that’s what she is , to get her hands back on my locks and perform her long awaited miracles.

Visited the salon for the first time yesterday whilst the stylist was very friendly and welcoming I felt the blow dry was very rushed, the head massage wasn’t even a minute before the conditioner was being washed off. I didn’t get offered a drink and I felt the overall experience wasn’t something perhaps I am used to. I have a weekly blow dry and as I was in Stamford on this day so I chose this salon. If you want to feel pampered I wouldn’t recommend this salon after my experience..

Once again an impeccable performance from tahli. Not only in guessing the correct hot drink for the first time since November 2016 (always a cappuccino) but also in a scissor wielding 30 minute set reminiscent of a young Vidal Sassoon. As always the hot drink was excellent. Double biscuit accompaniment was well received. The mirror showing of the back of the head is unnecessary but shows the professionalism in so many ways. And the sideburns were exactly the same level. A performance indicator that should never be underestimated. The experience ended with a test of the loyalty card app which proved unfortunately I could not beat the system and scam the QR code an infinite amount of time. I would not expect anything less from the Brown big wigs. (No pun intended).

Spot on service from daisy got me the colour I wanted to be which is amazing ????

I arrived at 12.50 for a 13.00 appointment. Reception was unattended but a stylist broke off in the middle of a colouring to deal with me and the customer who followed me in.
After about 5 minutes someone had appeared at reception so I got up from the stylists chair I had been asked to wait in and asked for a drink, I received an apology and a pot of tea.
My wash & cut was very good.

Talhi and her team are the friendliest professional stylists I have used. Always fantastic results and Talhi’s expertise means that my hair looks perfect until my next visit. Relaxed atmosphere and great conversation. I’ve been using Browns for 5 years even though it’s an hour round trip.
