Laura cut my hair a couple of weeks ago. Today she gave me a wash and blow dry. Excellent result. Very happy with it.

I booked in with Laura and she has done an amazing job! I have had some horrors in the past so I came armed with requests on how to cut my hair. Laura was very sympathetic, listened perfectly and did exactly as needed. My hair now looks lovely! Thanks Laura xx

Very accommodating and welcoming. My hairdresser Lottie was very friendly and helpful and made sure she looked after the customer extremely well. The head massage is a nice indication that the customer matters and that it's going over and beyond instead of trying to get them out of the door as quick as possible . Excellent opening hours to cater for everyone's busy schedule.

Laura was again amazing! Love my new look and more importantly David loves it. He actually thought it was a wedding practice. Good job you look a photo Laura. Same again please !!

This was my second time visiting the salon,and as before the service was excellent, second to none. Daisy was welcoming friendly and did a fantastic job cutting my hair,i was so pleased with my cut and finish I would go as far as to say it's one of the best cuts I've had in many years, she does such a fantastic job I have recommended her to my mother in law and will be returning.

Booked in with Lottie, so kind and great hair. Bonus as Jenny very kindly did my nails, while having my hair done. Thalidomide always asking how I am,as with ongoing illness, I struggle. Love all the girls all so talented and go over and above in help and kindness.

Popped in to buy shampoo and Morrocan Oil. I selected my usual bottle of oil and Tahli pointed out that I could buy one in a box which included a free candle - what a treat its lovely !

Daisy was a delight from start to finish, she cut my hair exactly as I’d asked and it looks healthy and bouncy again. I have a lot of hair so it’s always a big job but they always look after it at Browns without getting too carried away! It was also Daisy’s idea to use a toner on my hair to liven up the highlights I had put in back in the summer and I’m so glad I said yes as it’s really brought them back to life again. A fab little stylist that provides an extremely professional and efficient service.

The scissor artistry was first class as ever. Some confusion regarding squash or squish as the resfreshment bit this didn’t spoil the experience at all. Excellent cobwebs really added to the Halloween atmosphere. The mints on departure were a treat as ever. Maybe moving forward pistachio nuts could be offered. There is probably a need for a bowl for the shells so Browns management clearly need to think this through carefully. I shall definitely go back.

What an amazing and lovely lady. Would recommend completely. Nothing is to much trouble and everything is done in a complete and professional manner.

Stylist's name not on the drop down. I enjoyed the experience, I felt comfortable with the stylist and I thought my hair looked lovely initially. I was very pleased and felt all pretty for my event later on although unfortunately the curls put in my hair dropped out within 10 minutes!!! Leaving my hair looking a bit of a state for the night. So I paid too much for starters.

I have been a client for about 8 years.
The staff are always professional and friendly and I am pleased with the results.
I had Daisy today and would definitely recommend her.

Usual lovely stylists. Unfortunately Lottie was poorly, so Daisy did my hair beautifully. Jenny did my nails great, feel human again and can wear flip flops! Lovely chat as well, as I don't get out much, so its a treat.Browns girls are the best! X
