I arrived at 12.50 for a 13.00 appointment. Reception was unattended but a stylist broke off in the middle of a colouring to deal with me and the customer who followed me in.
After about 5 minutes someone had appeared at reception so I got up from the stylists chair I had been asked to wait in and asked for a drink, I received an apology and a pot of tea.
My wash & cut was very good.
