My daughter booked the owner some months ago after a hair trial for her wedding for herself and 3 bridemaids and was asked for a £50 deposit. The wedding had to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances by 13 weeks. The owner said she had another wedding to go to that day but could still fit my daughter's bridal party in. 2 weeks prior to wedding she asked for £150 final payment as she wouldn't have time on the day. My suspicions were voiced at the time. 1 week to wedding she demanded another £60 saying £50 per head quoted was an estimate, £10 a head extra for hair, £10 for changing the date and £10 for cancelling make up (that was cancelled because it was awful). Day before the wedding she contacted my daughter again to say she could not do the hair herself and would not be in that day but another stylist would do it instead.
