I am glad that I found the salon. My stylist is Anthony for less than 2 years now .He is professional and i like the way he cut my hair. He always gets the style of haircut i wanted to have. Anthony and the rest of the staff are friendly and accommodating.

I had an evening appointment with Michael for a new cut and colour. He was lovely and understood exactly what I wanted both in cut and colour. I came away feeling great as the best haircut I've had in years. Great coffee too.

I didn’t know until Aaliyah told me that there was a scalp spa service at the salon … I had it done yesterday and cannot believe the difference between an at home scalp scrub and this 3 step process which takes 30 minutes ! The results are amazing and
my hair felt and looked significantly different afterwards and the difference to my scalp is remarkable . I can’t edit to have it done again next week

I go to Aaliyah twice a week for blow fry’s and every 6 weeks for colour and cut .. she’s fully invested in my hair journey and today she exceeded expectations with my colour , cut and blow dry ! She’s a lovely girl and a credit to the salon .. I’d highly recommend Michael franks to anyone as all the staff are perfectionists which you want with your hair .

I booked in with Callum after looking at some of his reviews online. I wanted a Pixie cut and was very nervous when I arrived. Callum listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I’d asked for. I would go as far as to say he is a magician when it comes to short hair cuts! So pleased and will definitely be back for a trim in 6 weeks time.

I was struggling FOR YEARS to find a person who understands my hair texture and gives me a haircut that suits me. I’ve finally found Sian at Michael franks. It’s so nice to know that all my hair problems will be taken care of (unless there’s another pandemic). 100% would recommend. First time at Michael Franks and was not disappointed. The whole team are warm and welcoming and Anthony was amazing.
The hair stylist who did my initial consultation before i got booked in was so lovely and really knowledgeable helping me figure out the best thing to book and best style for me, and recommended being booked in with Anthony. I usually hate getting my hair cut but he made me feel relaxed and at ease throughout and it's the first hair cut I've been happy with in years. Thank you so much it was a really positive experience.

Every time I see Callum he manages to suggest a change to the cut or colour which means I love it even more! I loved the base colour and highlights last time but the intense red and copper highlights I have now feel perfect for the Autumn ! Having a great hair cut, that feels perfect for me, gives such a boosts to my confidence!
