Great experience all together! Sam is managing my hair styling In a way that feels very personal with consideration of my lifestyle, personal preferences and taste. A professional who is listening and understanding the client. I like his approach and understanding, his ability to superbly put in practice and materialise what the customer wants. He brought my natural hair to life and managing my curls so nicely. My hair is very difficult to manage and since Sam started taking care of it I’m really pleased! I came to Michael Frank's via their website and I was not disappointed. From the start staff where friendly and courteous.
Thomas listened and took time to explain to me first if all the safety considerations in place and the options for my long awaited post lockdown cut. He answered all my questions with aplomb and generated several ideas which he carefully and fully explained to me. It was to his credit that we spent time considering the options.
Thomas proceeded to cut my hair in a professional manner again going the extra yard explaining each stage of the process and providing reassurance.
I was very happy with the excellent result and the subsequent plan going forward.
