There was a wedding hair / make up booked in before my appointment and I didn’t get seen to until nearly an hour later which was slightly frustrating however it was well worth the wait.
This was the first time I had got my hair dyed and i couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Kate did my hair and picked up on my anxiety in a really good way. She put me at ease and explained every detail. I'm so made up with how my hair looks. Well what can I say but I just love coming to micheal. I decided in April to go from a long Bob to a pixie it looked amazing everyone commented on the cut etc...because my hair grows so fast I've decided to grow back my bob... I've persevered with the grow out of 7 week's had a little cut today to straighten back and micheal said by Xmas eve I should have a little Bob cut. I just love coming in especially on a Sunday it's so chilled having a coffee with a few nice magazines. I love the little personalized little cake wrapped in Micheal Frank's paper and sticker it's so cute. They deserve to be successful as they all work so hard. They also sell these beautiful new candles which smell divine although rather expensive but beautiful. The salon is immaculate everything is perfect. It's a great location so if your in Liverpool for a hen party etc great place to get blowdry in the heart of the ropewalks
