Sam was my colorist and Kate blow dry styling for me. They are such a great team work, enhance the environment of the salon. BIG THANKS TO SAM!! for his amazing balayage work. I cant extend enough how much i appreciate his work and his honest opinion, he is an expert. I know your salon is busy but more people needs to be known! While waiting for my hair to progress. Sam also assisting other lady where he did tailor his work towards what the client wants just like the Principal of the salon. THUMBS UP. Im definitely coming back, i will find an excuse to visit whenever i visit Liverpool

Fabulous cut and blow after 2 poor haircuts at other salons previously being a Bob you really notice it. Aimee was friendly warm and very attentive my hair was perfection when she finished and the best cut I have had in over 6 months. Re-booked for 6 weeks time, lovely cup of tea and a hand wrapped piece of cake to go with it. Felt very pampered and love the Kevin Murphy haircare smells amazing!

My first time I had a cut and blow was £25, 2nd time was £40 could not understand Why ,Callum did a lovely Job ,but it just works out a bit expensive with travelling in to the city centre

I will be arranging for someone to be in contact with you directly regarding your comments about the pricing as I can see that you did indeed pay £25 in February and £40 in April. We really do believe in transparent pricing for our clients and teach/expect our staff to discuss the cost of what you are going to have done and why in a consultation prior to your service starting so that everyone can choose whether they wish to pay for the required service and to ensure it is the same as what you actually pay at the end. The 2 prices you have paid are for different services, our pricing is gender neutral so £25 is for what we class as a short hair cut & blow-dry and the £40 is for a long hair cut & blow-dry. I will arrange for our Client Experience Manager (Aimee) to contact you directly as even if you were booked in for the incorrect hair cut on your first visit we would expect you to know exactly why the price was different which obviously you don't. I do apologise that this has happened and like I say I am disappointed because we really believe in transparent pricing.
