I booked for me and my friend to get curly blow dries for our night out, our appointment hadn’t been put down so when we arrived we had to have our hair done one after the other. The worst part was that our curls didn’t hold at all, we both had to re style our hair to go out because the blow out dropped almost completely within about an hour, felt like we’d wasted £50.

Hi Emily,
We were really disappointed to hear that your blow-dry didn't last for the evening, it could have been a number of reasons, such as the products that were used, the weather outside, the way the stylist carried it out etc but whatever the reason we are sorry that was not the result that we all would have wanted.
After our previous phone conversation I have investigated why your appointments weren't booked in for you. It seems that during the conversation within Instagram messages, that we had asked for a deposit to confirm both of the appointments (which is our policy for when booking two or more appointments) as this hadn't been paid we would have assumed that the appointments weren't required. Fortunately we did have room on the day to accommodate the appointments but as you quite rightly pointed out it was only available one after the other. We do apologise for the confusion but Michael has booked out time tomorrow (Saturday 10th) to give you a call so we can try and rectify your experience with us.
