Got a wash , cut & blow-dry, and even with my head of curls he got it straight with just the blow-dry. (Not many people can do without straighteners)
I'm very picky about my hair but I'll 100% be going back. Cut was perfect!
Listened to what I wanted , took time to talk me through what he was doing. Very friendly.
