Always happy with everything

This was my first visit to this salon, and I was really impressed. Bobbie did a beautiful job with my colour, and Sonia cut my hair perfectly. They listened to what I wanted and were very knowledgeable, making suggestions without being pushy. The customer service was excellent and I felt very welcome as a new client. I would definitely come here again.

Phil was really nice & chatty, haircut is good. However, I didn’t get offered refreshments, quite disappointed considering paying high price for Director to cut hair.

My experience was very good as always

Really good service from all the staff in Toni and Guy, was seen quickly and the staff were friendly. Phil styled my hair really well and although Toni and Guy is a little bit pricey I'm happy to pay for good quality! Also, the booking online service is really convenient and tells you prices in advance which is good!

Jenny was lovely and I'm really pleased with my cut and blow dry I would definitely recommend jenny nothing was too much trouble

Went in today feeling under the weather came out after my cut n blow with Sonia floating on cloud 9. Always a pleasure , thank you

Carly, listened and advised me on the options for my cut. Following this, Carly got busy cutting and was kind enough to inform me when she needed me to bend or turn my neck so not to hurt me as my neck is rather problematic.

I can’t fault the expertise of Bobbie my colourist. The whole team at Allerton Road are so welcoming and helpful, it really is a pleasure to get my hair done there.
