There are no feelings of awkwardness like some salons can give. Haus is so relaxed, and Jamie ensures that everything is perfect for me, (the customer) happily answering any questions and giving tips to maintain the high standard that is given in haus, when at home!
From what was a chore to go to the hairdresser, because of my experience at haus, I now can't wait for when the time comes to visit haus, and Jamie and team.
