I have been going to Rusa for many many years. I usually go to Petra, but would not hesitate to go to any of the other girls, as they are all brilliant. I would certainly recommend them.

I've been a regular customer at Rusa for over 3 years and it's always so friendly, welcoming and a relaxing environment. Faye is so lovely and attentive and does an amazing job blow drying my thick and curly hair to a T; with not a hair out of place. Would highly recommend, she's so good on telling me product knowledge on different serums and shampoos that they use and I've regularly bought the serum; its certainly made a difference to my hair.
I always get an added hair treatment and that definitely makes it feel so much softer and shinier for weeks.
Can't forget the other two staff - Charlie and Maisie they are so cute!

had let my boxed colour grow out and was more than a little Grey!! Left the Salon owner, Petra with a blank canvas, result is amazing.. Red with whispers are violet/purple, at the age of 56 was a little worried, I needn't have been...funky but classy and age appropriate! feel amazing..Thank you to Petra and her wonderful staff!

I LOVE this salon. All of the stylists are supremely professional, very creative, with up-to-date cut and colouring knowledge, and a great eye for what really suits individuals. Was treated with great understanding and care when walked into Rusa. Petra listened as I told her in a moment of madness that I had had a very unhappy experience elsewhere. ( won’t be doing that again :) ) my hair was very short. Petra put back in a great shape and corrected the lopsidedness . Then she chipped into my hair carefully. Had my roots done speeded up with a lovely warm heat Lovely natural blonde colour. Had a lovely treatment. Total Bliss and makes a big difference to Condition of hair. Two nice hot drinks on such a cold day, and even my favourite magazine Spirit and Destiny to read. Very very happy with my hair now. 100% recommend.

This was my second session at Rusa, my first was last week and both times my hairdresser was Faye. She was both welcoming, friendly and extremely competent and my whole experience has been a pleasure. The salon itself, is very well equipped and comfortable with tea and coffee available without charge. Additional treatments are explained and offered and I chose the ones I wanted without feeling any pressure to accept. I was given a loyalty card with special rewards built into the system- such a great idea. I would thoroughly recommend Rusa as I will certainly be going back!

Really nice cut and excellent blow dry. I have very frizzy hair which they managed to get smooth and sleek!
