I have a lot of hair and I mean A LOT. I've used many hairdressers over the last 20years and started using rusa just over a year ago and I won't go anywhere else now. After every colour my hair still feels great and looks great. Staff are all lovely friendly and welcoming as well as very experienced. They maybe a little more expensive than some but you get what you pay for and some more.

Faye is a wonderful stylist, she is the only person my daughter will visit. Great hairdressers great people

I always get my hair done by laura. The best stylist who has ever styled cut and coloured my hair. Would not reccomend anybody else wherever ive been to before. Love her xxxxx

Lovely hairdresser named Faye was brill. Did an amazing job. I don't go to hairdressers very often and have tried a few in my time (I am fussy about what I get done) but has positive experiences every time at Rusa. Will go there again. Modern and knowledgeable staff and not too steep on price. Thank you xx

MY JOHN "DESIGNED" AND "STYLED" MY NEW LOOK YESTERDAY. AND, IT'S STILL AS IT SHOULD BE TODAY! NOW, THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN ANYWHERE ELSE!
JOHN IS FAB, AND SO ARE THE REST OF THE TEAM. THEY TAKE AGES TALKING TO YOU, SORTING OUT PROBLEMS, EXPLAINING EVERYTHING......INCLUDING WHY THEY WILL NOT DO SOMETHING (AND THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT).
WHEN I GO THERE I FEEL LIKE AN OLD FRIEND AND I GET THE IMPRESSION EVERYBODY ELSE DOES TO. WELCOMING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!

I've sampled many local salons but Rusa is the only one that I regularly return to. Personalised and unrushed discussion prior to treatment ensures that the stylists understand your expectations. I used to dread hair appointments. Now its a relaxing and happy event. All ages are treated with equal care. Well done Petra and team.!!

I have been to the salon before and always had excellent experiences. They fit me in despite only ringing to book the night before. Petra did my cut today which was a total restyle. It's perfect, exactly what I asked for and I feel like a million dollars. Thanks Petra and the rest of the team.

Jon has been doing my hair for for 3/4 years. He is the most lovely and friendliest hairdresser that's ever done my hair.
He is just just lovely with everyone wether a child or elderly.
He has done my daughters hair who has learning difficulties, he was great with her, she loved him.
The haircuts I've had off him have been the best ever and I'm fussy!!

Everyone else is very friendly also

Went to Rusa this afternoon. I was made very welcome by their lovely staff, and soon had a piping hot cup of tea in my hands. Petra coloured my hair, I have had some lovely deeper tones sprinkled throughout and also me roots topped up today. it has really added depth to my blonde. Had a fantastic cut, a layered funky bob. I love it !! Petra is very very experienced and passionate hairdresser. I had a wonderful treatment and head massage. Bliss ! :) I wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff John, Laura and Fay are brilliant hairdressers and when I see them styling hair I can see their expertise and caring about getting it right for their clients.

My hairdresser was the lovely Jon Croft. I went in a blonde mess and came out a brunette Beuty. Jon has very good people skills and gets to know his client well quickly. I enjoyed the consultation as he made me feel like I was his only client. My cut is amazing and the colour is to die for. All my friends have commented on how nice and healthy my hair now looks. I will definitely be recommending the salon to all my friends. Everyone was so nice and friendly.

Amazing salon and such lovely people ,was not very confident about going to any hairdressers because of past bad experiences but Jon restored my faith,and he will definitely become my permanent hairdresser from now on :)

Came in on Saturday for my Christmas cut & colour & Jon did a great job (yet again!) So many people have complimented me on my new colour - love being dark blonde. Thanks again Jon!! Happy Christmas x

I have been visiting Rusa for many years and have always been treated professionally and with courtesy.
Jon has been colouring and cutting my hair for the past 18 months and I feel he is one of the best hairdressers I have ever had. He listens attentively to what you want and I feel he genuinely loves his job.
I will continue to visit Rusa as I feel they offer very good value for money, and the atmosphere of the salon is pleasant and relaxed.

I had a hairdresser for years and then she moved away. I have been trying loads of different hairdressers, who seem to know what you want and then do what they want, then I came across Rusa My colour was awful and really dry and dead. John, who is lovely and pleasant done my hair and i'm so pleased with it. Very friendly salon and very well priced. I would highly recommend.

Faye did my hair and she was great, made me feel really welcome and comfortable, think I may have found me a nice little hairdresser, thank you Faye ????
