I like longer hair. I hate shorter hair. To assistant "I hate shorter hair", "I'm paranoid about it", "Don't cut it above/round the ears". Acknowledged with showing where she would cut it.
Suddenly its cut off completely above the ears. Never in my life had such short hair. Why? Unnecessary! I'm so hurt, so upset, so angry.
And they wont even call me back to listen to my feedback/comment (give the place the opportunity to respond) - they just are not interested.
