I was delighted to go back to the salon today and was not disappointed at the reception I received from the staff . Sam was great and gave me a lovely cut which I badly needed . He is such a warm and friendly guy and makes you feel very special.

Love my cut and colour! I found the experience great, the salon is professional and everyone is very welcoming. It is probably the best cut I have had for my difficult hair. I will definately be a regular customer now I have found them.

I actually had a colour with Paul and cut with Sam, both very professional and brilliant at listening to the client to come up with a great style for me! I love how they provide their own input and arent afraid to experiment. I left the salon feeling like a new woman.

My husband came to the salon for the first time and was seen by madison. I've been having my hair cut by Sam for years and have always been pleased. My husband is now hooked. No more barbers for him (his words) he's booked another appointment with maddison for 6wks! Toni and Guy you're brilliant.

Fabulous Service from both Paul, who does my colour and Sam who styles and cuts! Both of them are always happy to discuss new ideas for colour and style and I would never even think of going to any other salon. It was such a pleasure to return to T&G Norwich after the dreaded ‘lockdown’ and they have pulled out all the stops with their hygiene standards. A very big ‘Thank you’ from me to all the staff.

I cannot praise enough the generous offer of T&G Norwich to cut my NHS Covid locks off for free today. Alex did a fabulous job on my head of hair that had basically grown wild since I shaved It off as the pandemic rolled over the UK back in March. It was a mess. Yet Alex showed care and interest in how I’d got on over recent months despite me being her 8th cut of the day. It also reminded me how sitting in a chair and having a hair cut is, for me, one of life’s pleasures I’d sorely missed. Alex did a brilliant job and I will be back; ty very much to her and all her colleagues for today - it meant a lot.

Myself and my son had the wonderful opportunity of having a free haircut today as part of Toni and Guys “ giving something back “ to NHS workers .We both work for the NHS and I had Alex as my stylist .She was wonderful ,chatty ,listened to what I wanted and made my hair look amazing .All Covid measures were in place and ran smoothly ..Thankyou so much ,I will be returning .My son had Sam styling his hair and was equally happy ,I’m putting this here in case we can’t do a separate review for my son .Thankyou Alex and Sam and Toni and Guy ,xxxxx

Always a pleasure, nice salon & friendly staff, taking extra care with hygiene, to keep customers safe. Sam is very personable, a great stylist & always does a good job! I have very thick hair & he manages to tame it perfectly well. every time! I have every faith in him, knowing I will leave feeling happy with the result.

This was my First visit to Toni & Guy in Norwich. Paul & Sam are an absolute credit to the brand. Having visited a number of salons these guys stood out from the crowd in every way! Service was outstanding, atmosphere was lovely and welcoming and I couldn’t be happier with the end result of my colour and cut. These guys really know their stuff and Worked magic! Already booked for my next appointment and can’t wait! Could not recommend them highly enough.

Incredibly pleased, personal service, creative colour that met my expectations exactly, ever care over hygiene and safety was taken. Blow dry also great exactly as asked for. Everything I expect a Toni and Guy to be will visit again soon.

Always great service and love my cut and colour. Sam and Paul always excellent and v attentive. Only thing that I found tough is the £200 bill. Not sure about that.

Today I had my hair coloured by Paul & cut by Sam. It was my first time in Toni & Guy & all I can say is I will definitely be back. Everyone was really friendly & made me feel special. I'm really pleased with the colour & cut & look forward to my next visit in October.

First time at this particular salon, friendly, efficient & personal service with plenty of conversation from all members of staff. The whole team feels very curated by the owners/managers making the experience very comfortable throughout. Great job, will definitely be back for more bleach & a bouncy blow!

It was my first time here and I'd definitely get my hair cut their again. Madison was lovely and professional and the extra care taken due to corona virus made you feel safer.

I have struggled to find a hairdressers that have high standards for a while, I can be a little picky and often like to change my hairstyles regularly! After being recommended to Toni and Guy I am pleased with the results and will definitely be returning! Maddison is lovely and makes the whole experience so much better!

Maddison was lovely to talk to and was super at checking with me about how long/short I wanted certain parts of my hair. She was fantastic at explaining what products she was using in my hair as-well. Overall I had a lovely experience.
