I've used Toni and Guy in Norwich for years and won't go anywhere else. Alex, who cuts my hair, is amazing and I always come out feeling totally happy with how it looks. The style lasts between cuts, and always looks good. The salon is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I have been coming to the Norwich Tony & Guy for well over a year now and every time I go there I get 10/10 service. All the staff are very welcoming. Woody cuts my hair and I would recommend him to anyone, he is always on time and does an amazing job. Sure, I can get my hair done cheaper elsewhere, but you get what you pay for in life and the same goes for Tony & Guy. Keep up the awesome work.

My colourist today was great as always (Leah). However the rest of my experience today at T&G was very disappointing. I felt rushed throughout, my blow dry was carried out by an inexperienced girl who took a long time to do very little. When I asked if I liked it, I responded that I did not and no one acted on my view. But I was instead asked if I wanted to book another session. I would think it twice to return to a saloon that charges high prices for the service I received. It is a shame as I have been going to t &g regularly for many years and recommended it to many of my friends in the past.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we have looked into your appointment and spoken to our team members and understand you had a colour (tint) on your hair which you were very pleased with as always, having felt rushed with this service I can confirm that your colour was done as normal and you were washed off in the correct developing time. However you felt your complimentary blowdry took to long. As I'm sure you can appreciate the assistants are still in training and this is why we do this service free of charge and of course you can book in for a professional blowdry after your colour with one of our stylists. Woody has been cutting my hair for about a year now. I always go back to him as he cuts it exactly how I like it and is friendly and professional. If I want something a bit different he listens to me and I end up loving the result. I would absolutely recommend Woody!

I have recently started having my haircut by Woody, now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My hair had been cut badly on two different occasions so I went to Woody hoping for some help. He has completely transformed my hair and I love it. What you say to Woody will be listened to and executed- he’ll do what you ask for but guide you into the best way of doing it. And he’ll never do anything to your hair without letting you know what his plan is which in the past I have not had. Would highly recommend- he’s fab.

Amy is a superb stylist, we tried something different this time at my instigation, the result was good but unfortunately my husband hates the colour but I know Amy will get me back to my white colour very quickly.

I have been a customer at this salon for over fifteen years. Yesterday I had a text to say that it was under new management. Since I needed a haircut and my hair stylist of many years was away on holiday, I booked an appointment with the new art director for a re-style and cut.
I was greeted in a very friendly and professional manner and great interest and understanding was shown to me-I really felt that the new hair designer immediately clicked with exactly what I wanted and where I was coming from. I was immediately reassured and felt I was in good hands. During my cut , the other partner came to speak to me and gave me some really great ideas about how to transition from my dark hair colour to growing out my grey. I loved my haircut and the friendly rapport I was shown by the new managers. I’m happy to say that I shall continue to be a satisfied customer of this salon for many more years!

Not so pleased with the price increase of nearly 20%! Notification well in advance has been the protical in the past. It will certainly make me reconsider another visit at that price.
Also interested in the policy and thinking behind having to put your handbag inside a cloth bag???
There was a flickering light bulb overhead in the salon which was very annoying and a possible a risk to someone who suffers from epilepsy.
Good to hear that a proper coffee machine is to be installed.
The outside front of shop is in desperate need of painting.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, having looked over your previous 2018 bills i can see you were regularly charged £58 for an all over colour (Tint) and i would like to make you aware that we have reduced our prices throughout the salon. our prices for this service you can choose to have a technician level at £50 a senior technician £55 or a Technical Director at £65. Leah has now been promoted after 15 years to a Technical Director, we can see that she added a gesture of good will to your bill and reduced to £60. (you have paid £2 more than your 2018 bills) we have added £2 to your account as you were not made aware of this price increase.
We completely agree that the front of the shop needs painting and other works mentioned, this is a huge priority for us and all is in hand and we hope you enjoy your next visit and we would forward to seeing you again soon.
