My review is for Pearl but she isn’t an option on the drop down menu. Pearl was friendly, welcoming, efficient and gave me exactly what I asked for (even though I wasn’t very helpful with what I said). I felt very relaxed and comfortable, she made me feel at ease, when I sometimes find hairdressing experiences difficult due to being a bit shy.
