First impression was good however the experience wasn't as expected.I was told there ***** wallet was robbed by someone coming to salon and going upstairs without notice. She was very anxious about it and throughout kept looking out of window while attending me. After coming home when I looked at my picture of the haircut I wasn't pleased as it was uneven and not neat. She also spoke to other girl who was discussing the colour with client. There was a phone call and ***** was to attend that informing me but then some other girl attended. I just felt not being treated important and very well as attention was diverted from my haircut to other activities a number of times. I asked for senior stylist and paid more not to get second class treatment. Overall not satisfied. :(

As I’m sure you can appreciate we don't normally have a thief come in the salon and steal staffs personnel belongings on a daily basis ( so took us all by surprise )
There were things in our stylist purse that has huge sentimental value to her, so this would be the reason of loss of focus and hugely emotional.
On reflection we should of sent her home and re arranged her day.
We appreciate this is very unusual but I can assure you a lesson has been learnt should this ever happen again .
