I was very pleased with the cut by manager Sam. I was nervous, with this being my first cut with a new stylist after over 10 very happy years with same guy at Toni and Guy in Macclesfield, but Sam was great. He listened to what I did and didn't want, and didn't mind me asking him to go shorter during the cut. He has a lovely attitude and I will book in with him again.
In more general terms, the loo roll had almost run out, with no obvious spares, and my cup had someone else's lipstick on, which wasn't so good. Attention to details like these was lacking, which was surprising in my experience of Toni and Guy. Not enough to make me not want to go back, though.
