Fabulous experience from start to finish. Heather is without doubt one of the top hair dressers in the business. Her knowledge about hair is outstanding. She is extremely passionate in what she does and cares for the customer, their experience of the salon and is driven to give you 100 percent attention for an start to end service. She’s fab!

The Assistant also was brilliant and the blow dry and sleek straightening style I received from her was one of the best! She’s super friendly and gives the customer the style they are looking for!

I have been having my hair done at Toni and Guy for about 10 years on and off. Yesterday 4/8/22 I had a colour refresh, and cut. When it comes to people cutting my hair for the first time I get quite nervous due to having had bad experiences. My hair is curly, coarse, and springy!

My appontment yesterday was with Connor. He was amazing! He talked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it every step of the way. He listened to what i had to say and he
really put me at ease. My hair looks amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient.

He really is an assett to Toni and Guy Harrogate, so please do not let him go,as I have finally found my go to hairdresser, who is friendly, patient, professional and very knowledgable experienced hairdresser he gives a great head massage too!.

Conner colour my hair and a girl dry my hairs, I don’t know her name (she was training)but she was great.I have a lots hairs and I’m a fussy person but this 2 treat me like a queen and I had the best hairs!So pleased!!!

I think it was a girl called Hannah from the York branch but literally was the best blow dry I’ve ever had in some 35 years! So fast, professional and taught me a few things about curly hair I had no idea about. She’s simply brilliant.
