Was greeted by a friendly Kari who listen to what I wanted doing to my hair , as I have very fine short hair .. once it was highlighted it was a little to silver with the toner so Kari corrected it to the colour I wanted .. this was no reflection on her expertise as I showed a picture and she followed what I showed .. Kari was very happy and friendly even though I wanted it lighter....
