I had a blowdry off amy today and it is amazing! I have 24 inch extensions so quite a task to dry but she has made it so smooth customer service is excellent and all the staff are happy and friendly found my weekly blowdry salon now!

Until today I had never really appreciated that cutting hair is an exacting profession?
I've had a grotty time and was feeling all of my 52 years (and more). Decided to treat myself and booked for a hair cut with Stephanie.
O.M.G. Not only was she so lovely and caring with me (waffling on about ex-boyfriend!) but what she has done with my hair????
How the .... has she done this?!!
I look and feel 20 years younger and have recovered my confidence so so much!

Hair was straight after an hour.
Did not last any longer than 1 hour
Did not get that bouncy blow dry look.
Disappointed on this occasion as I was going away for a long weekend.

I think that ***** is a lovely girl. However, I was disappointed with the time that she gave to back combing my hair. I felt that she rushed because she had another client. Consequently my hair is flat tonight and that is even before I go to bed. When Elly does my hair it is always perfect. Please do not think that I am complaining but I spend a lot of money in your salon as I visit most weeks. ***** I felt was in another planet and didn't even say bye. She is normally great though. ?

The girls are professional and key thing I've noticed is that they are able to pacify customers who might just be a little late with their appointments and that is a pre-discussion, massage etc

Had my hair cut by Beth for the first time today and she was amazing! Knew exactly what I was looking for and had plenty of tips for helping me achieve much needed volume! Wish she could blow dry and curl my hair everyday of the week, will definitely be back soon x

I left feeling quite disappointed today. I thought I had explained what I wanted. I was quite specific about the length but with one clip my hair was gone and the damage done. As my hair was already quite short I had to let the stylist continue so I had an even cut even though I hate it. Yes it will grow back but not overnight ?

Very friendly and attentive staff who listened to what I wanted and then gave options for me to choose from which was very refreshing! Ann Marie the stylist did an excellent job and have me tips on how to style my hair at home. I was very happy with the service given and the result and would definitely recommend to anyone.
