I have been going to shonas for over 15 years n my last app in March 2017 they had two attempts to do my roots blonde n the trainee blow dried my hair well as my stylist was busy with other client s they wanted to charge me full price and no cut involved so they knocked off 8.50 from full price of 53.50 n l had to leave as l had been there from 8.50am till 1pm and an appointment to go to ! And they never offered to put my roots right obviously customer care does not count after 15 years committed customer . A very disappointed white rooted woman
