This was the second time Sam has cut my hair and she cuts it beautifully! She is very attentive and does not rush which makes me feel confident I’m getting a great haircut. Sam also rang me to say she was over running on her last client and did I want to come 15 mins later which I greatly appreciated as I was in my lunch hour from work and would have been late Back to work should I have turned up at the original time, a great touch.
