Our stylist is as great as ever. Very professional, she produced fabulous results.
However the new gowns are not so good. For the first time I left the salon with trimmed hair all over the back of my neck and clothes because the gowns are put on like a medical gown and are fastened down the back! Bring back front fastening gowns please.
I had an appointment for a cut and blow dry. My grandchildren were with me aged 9 & 10. It was fantastic customer service we all received and it was really nice that Kirsty acknowledged my grandchildren by asking if they would like a hot chocolate as many retailers would not do this.
So pleased with my haircut and not only will I be back but my 2 grandchildren want to come back to get their hair cut.

Becca is such a talented stylist and I came in so nervous. As it’s been a while since I last visited a salon. She made me feel so at ease and comfortable, she had a thorough chat with me about what colour was achiveable on the day and I was amazed with her knowledge and the finished result is amazing. I have so many compliments on it! Thank you becca!
Absolutely love my haircut, Laura was so lovely and friendly, a great experience!
After a relaxing visit to try salon, I walked out extremely happy.
Laura listened to my ideas, gave fantastic advice and achieved the colour I was wanting.
Knowing that I was recovering from surgery, the staff made sure I was comfortable and made it manageable for me.

Laura was awesome as always. Unfortunately my hair dye wasn’t fully washed out by the person washing my hair. My pillow cases/towel were stained as a result when I got home. This has never happened before. I wonder if it might have been to do with the persons long acrylic nails not being able to efficiently wash my hair & scalp properly. The dye was still dripping down my face following the hair wash prior to the cut.
Been visiting the salon for the last 6 months now and Kirsty is always lovely, and I’m really happy with the results

This was my 2nd visit to the salon. I'm very impressed with Becca's style of cutting and colouring (my first visit was a C +C). She has a very professional, confident manner and has a clear understanding of what I want but more importantly, if that's achievable. As strange as it sounds, I also like that she chats during the treatment but isn't invasive personally. She gets the balance right.
