I had a pre-booked appointment with Rachel on 14th November but when I heard about the latest lock down I was worried I may have to wait weeks and weeks again before I could get back in so called the salon on Monday 2nd November and after many attempts I got through and was delighted to hear that as Laura was going to work an extra day, I was able to get an appointment with her the next day.
Laura has never cut my hair before but she listened to what I wanted and gave me a good cut and blow dry which I was happy with.
The salon was extremely busy as lots of people had booked last minute but I did not feel rushed and all the staff were attentive and making the very best of a horrible situation to keep a nice atmosphere going in the salon,
