The hair appointment it’s self was great, amazing service and couldn’t fault my hairdresser. She did everything as I wanted it. However the manager made me feel quite uncomfortable standing at the till and making sure I was paying the correct amount and making a point of waiting at the till till I had done so. Made me feel quite small and intimidated and as though my custom wasn’t enough.
