I booked a same day appointment for a refresh of my current cut. I was initially torn between Nick & Claire because I knew I wanted to book with a style director. I chose Claire because that’s one of my middle names (in hindsight, Claire, I would have picked you from your staff bio if I’d read it first - honest!). Claire “got” me right away! She listened to what I was looking for & checked out photos I had from the original cut. Her replies put me completely at ease & she pointed me in the right direction with a recommendation another staff member for balayage. I appreciated how quickly she readjusted her instructions when I was in the shampoo area & self-disclosed a gluten intolerance. The salon was quite busy - it was Saturday - but Claire’s attention was quite focused & it felt like I was her only client that afternoon. I got a fantastic cut that will grow out brilliantly. I’ll definitely be booking at T&G York as soon as I’m ready for colour & another cut. Thanks so much, Claire. You’re a keeper!
