I don’t like leaving bad reviews. I wouldn’t have done so had not I received a text message asking me to leave one. So here goes...

I walked out a state: with roots and brassy, dry hair.
I have a habit of putting my hands through my hair to remove it from my face. This is now impossible as my hairs knotted and my hand gets caught just two inches from my scalp. I can either remove my hand or force it through which would involve splitting it and tearing strands in the process.
I did say I wasn’t happy with my hair before I left the salon; but that I didn’t have time to discuss it as I had already been there for nearly 3 hours.
The staff were all very pleasant but they were lacking in skill. I’m almost positive they didn’t put conditioner in my hair and the low lights were invisible lights. I asked the hairdresser where they were and she said they were in there, but she couldn’t find any to show me.
The brassy highlights of which there were plenty, didn’t start from the top of my head but after a few cms of root. I also had a toner which was washed off as soon as it was applied. Their version of ‘...plex’ was 4 quick light sprays on my hair and was definitely inferior to what I have received before. Maybe they are on strict rations and this was the problem because it made absolutely no difference to my hair.
The treatment with no cut and no blow dry cost me £109. There was no breakdown or explanation of cost. So I don’t know what I was charged for and if it was correct. They did agree to me retuning to have it corrected at no cost. I’m hoping rations might have increased and I can get lovely, soft, shiny, gentle hair which I am used to getting after the hairdressers.
