I have been coming to get my hair done at the salon for a while now and always had 5* service and never been disappointed in how my hair has been done.

However on my last occasion I was really disappointed. Upon inspecting my hair when I got home I noticed it was cut really uneven. One side was left a lot shorter than the other side.
The colour was also left really yellow and brassy, if I was to tie my hair up there is bit’s that have been missed and it has what looks like tiger stripes throughout.
I did call to complain and I went back to have it cut correctly and a toner put on. Now the toner has washed out my hair is back to looking really yellow again and I still have the tiger strip issue.
As I say ***** does an amazing job, however I do feel on this occasion I was rushed as she was going out and was finishing work early (to which we were already just over her finishing time) Although this shouldn’t have affected her quality of work especially as I was paying the same amount as everyone else. It’s ashame as now I have to find another salon to do my hair.
