colour was fab, which was done by *****. however, the cut was butchered. it looked harsh and too short, despite instructions. i wasn't asked how i wanted it styled, she just proceeded to straighten it. i had to ask her to curl it, which dropped out within 10 minutes. i will not be coming back, which is a shame because i've been coming to this salon for years.
