TONI&GUY York

I have been a long time customer of Toni and Guy and today I got the usual service Toni and Guy offer however this is the first time I have not been happy with the result of their hairdressing. I have shown a picture that I wanted and was shown a few samples but it’s still not matching the photo I wanted! Alice was very understanding and professional despite me saying I wasn’t happy! Alice did offer for a toner to be put on there and then after it had been blowdried and straightened but after the lovely quality service I had received I didn’t want to make a fuss!? Not sure If the correction will be free of charge but Can’t afford to come in and have it corrected now plus worried about the damage! So will have to save up and go elsewhere as hate complaining and the awkwardness after
