I was very pleased with my colour and cut. However I was kept waiting for approximately 30minutes between washing my hair and seeing Holly. I had my hair washed a second time which I presume was to fill in time. At no point during that wait was I approached and apologised to. It was explained to me that Holly’s previous customer had been 20 minutes late for her appointment which had a knock on effect but I was penalised not her even though that lady is apparently always late.
This is the second occasion where appointments have been messed up. I expect better of Toni & GUY
