From the moment I arrived I was taken care of. The staff were accommodating and put me at ease immediately.

I travel to York from Newcastle just to see Claire at Toni and Guy. It’s completely worth the extra effort as I know I will leave the salon feeling incredible every time!

Claire is attentive, really taking the time to listen what I want. She has a great eye for latest trends and I completely trust her professional judgment as she suggests ideas to keep my cut current.

Aside from the hair cut and ample professional hair care advice, due to Claire’s down to earth personality and genuine empathy for her clients (in my experience) you feel completely in safe hands.
