Over lockdown I went to see a stylist more Local to me in Newcastle (Not Toni and Guy). I was left very unsatisfied and upset.

When in the salon recently to see Claire for a Cut, Rona was very willing to take the time to offer some advice regarding the colour and condition of my hair and what could be done to resolve the damaged caused.

Rona listened to what I needed- low maintenance colour that wouldn’t cost me a fortune.
She was able to completely transform the look of my hair In a short amount of time.
She talked me through every step of the process offering reassurance whilst taking her time to ensuring a quality service was delivered.
