A long awaited appointment but having just broken 2 ribs 3 days earlier I didn’t want to cancel. Called the salon in advance and they were great. Said I could wash my hair at home & they’d dampen it down & cut it. The young guy at reception was lovely, helping me get comfortable & Jed was careful through out the cut that I was ok. Both went above and beyond. And a great hair cut, as always at T&G - never disappointed- thanks guys
