As ever, I am highly delighted with my colour which was carried out by Rona. I am, however, very disappointed that I didn’t get a proper blow dry and consequently left the salon with flat hair. I was advised by Connor, who dried my hair, that if I wanted a proper blow dry, I would need to pay an extra £20. This is totally unacceptable and a proper blow dry should be included in the cost. On speaking to some friends, who also get their hair cut and coloured at T&G, they were told the same, and no longer go to the salon because of this. Surely when you walk out of the salon you should feel good about your hair and sadly, this was not my experience today.
