I've been coming to Sarah for a while now. Always happy with the job she does on my hair. Today I decided I wanted a change to my colour but I was so indecisive, I had no clue what I actually wanted. Sarah used her professional opinion to what she thought would suit me & I couldn't be more happy with the outcome.
Would 100% recommend Sarah, great hairdresser & very friendly.

Great consultation as always, even though I’m a regular, Karen always discusses what I want. Decided to change it up a bit and the advice was good. End result was exactly what I wanted - happy customer 😊

First time at this salon. I’m always a bit wary about going to a new hairdresser but I am so happy with the colour, blow dry and staff.

Hollie was lovely, she understood the cut and was very patient in considering the length I wanted taking off more at the end of the cut, she also did great in thinning out my hair to help the cut settle better and I greatly appreciated that. She went above and beyond to ensure that the cut was how I wanted it at the end:)

I went to the salon on a recommendation and I wasn’t disappointed. Sarah listened to what I wanted and I love the result. I went from bright blonde to blonde & brown highlights with roots. Also had 4-5 inches cut off my hair to a messy Bob.

Felt so well looked after. Karen really knows her stuff and gave me the time to explain what I wanted. There are not very many curl stylists so I’m super grateful for Karen!! I was also given advice on products and styling. I’ll definitely be back!!

Karen is amazing. She has transformed my curls. She is so helpful and explains the products she is using how to use them.

Arrived at my appointment today with Karen she immediately made me feel welcome and at ease, she is extremely knowledgeable about curls and how to take care of them, I am booked in for a full curl cut and style with Karen in a few weeks time and I can't wait!

Warm welcome and discussed what I wanted from my hair cut before washing. Hair wash was lovely and relaxing with a nice head massage. Cut was just what had been asked and the blow dry was so relaxing that I drifted off! Thankyou for a great experience, will definitely be back.

Karen is amazing. very very knowledgeable with curly hair. transformed my curls and advised me how to get bouncy curls without product overload. No one accept Karen will ever cut my hair in the future. I will be back..I feel like a new woman.

First time visiting Platinum Lounge, had the same hairdresser for 8 years so was very nervous going to someone else.
Karen and I talked through colours and discussed what I wanted and I felt so re assured! I had white bleached hair and wanted a more suttle reverse balayage shadow root toned down blonde.
And wow I have never had my hair looking so good. The condition and colour is amazing. Had soooo many compliments and even my hubby even commented which is very rare!! Can’t wait to come back and be pampered! Highly recommend great team and so welcoming!
