Been going to this salon for just over a year and all staff are so welcoming, I have had it styled in the past by Roxy and Erica who have also done a fab job! Lovely salon, had a lovely root colour and cut and finish. I like that this salon has good branded products and Opalex. Always ready to try new products and with top service. Clean friendly and a nice coffee. Always a good consultation before anything is done as well.

My second visit today and very happy with the results, it's exactly what I asked for. Can't fault it really, recommending it to everyone; the girls all seem really nice and friendly, Erica cuts my hair and she's lovely, plus the decor of the salon is really beautiful! Really relaxed atmosphere as well, I am looking forward to going back!
Never had my haircut at Hays before, I explained that I was wondering whether to have a long fringe or not, the stylist made some suggestions, and she cut a lovely fringe, so pleased with it, I have had so many compliments. I will be returning soon
My hairstyle just gets better and better. Milli has good suggestions for colour and style and I now feel that I have a style that suits me.

First visit today. Erica cut my hair and did a wonderful job. The salon had a very calming atmosphere - gentle chat and radio on in background. No pressure to buy expensive hair products or make another booking. Will definitely be coming back!
Not only are you greeted with a smile and a welcoming hello, I realise, you never feel rushed when having your hair done at Hays. The atmosphere is very calm regardless of the number of clients. My daughters & I have Sam, who patiently listens to requests, advices fairly and provides a professional cut and style. The products used bring the best out if your hair. I feel the money spent and time to attend is worth spending. In a hectic schedule, this my little piece of heaven. Thank you.

I always look forward to my appointments with Sarah. The salon is great, and I trust Sarah completely - so much that I find the whole experience really relaxing and struggle to keep awake. Service is always brilliant.
Hay's has been my preferred Hair Salon for over 30 years. Claire the owner and staff have always kept their training up to date with current trends and the salon is bright, clean and cheerful. Sarah cuts and colours my hair brilliantly and takes great pride in her work. The coffee is very good too! They are a good team and I look forward to my regular visits.
Sarah is a fantastic stylist and I always leave with a great hair do. Lovely coffee, lovely welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon.

Sarah is brilliant and I am so pleased with my hair style and colour. She just gets on with the job and is very professional. On leaving the hairdressers I feel so much better in myself which visting other hairdressers over the years is not always so.
They young lady who pierced my daughters ears yesterday was a credit to Hayes, she was very reassuring professional and explained everything.

As my stylist(Erica) has moved to Hays today was my first time there I found Erica her usual pleasant self and found all the other stylist's welcoming and friendly!!! I will be recommending Hays hair salon to my friend's and family.

Excellent choice of treatments - great colour match for my pre salon two tone self inflicted hair chosen by Milli who suggested something different to what I had chosen for my half head of foils. Am so glad I took your advice Milli - love the colours and love the cut - thank you Jane
I went to Hays using a Groupon voucher for a half head of highlights and cut. The highlights were fine and I don't have any issue with them. However when it came to the cut I asked the hairdresser to put the same cut I'd previously had back in, but to tidy it up as it had been a couple of months since having it done.
I explained that I don't like layers, they don't suit my hair and aren't right for me, I know as I've had them many times before and hated them.
The hairdresser ignored me and I ended up with many layers, a semi "fringe" that I didn't want and with my hair so poorly styled that I felt embarrassed until I got home and was able to try and sort it out.
The hairdresser barely spoke to me throughout the two hours that I was at the salon. I felt very uncomfortable and very cold (it was very chilly inside).
I was so disappointed in the haircut I received and the customer service I received from the actual hairdresser was non existent. I really wouldn't recommend this salo
A full consultation with Erica proved very useful. The colour and cut she created are a great match with my expectations. The style and color are spot on and I would recommend her as stylist.
