It took a long time (I have so much hair) but it was worth it :) very happy with the results and all the staff were very kind and talkative and they made sure I was getting what I wanted ???? Going again in July to get my hair done for prom and I am so excited to see everyone again, best hairdressers in Daventry by far!

On 23rd May 2016 myself (51) and my daughter (26) were staying at the De Vere Staverton Park Hotel and attending a Wedding at Dodford Manor. We had booked an appointment at Hays Hair in Daventry a few weeks prior without ever being! On arrival we were greeted by very frienly salon staff, they took time to discuss what we would like (hair up for my daughter who has very long, thick hair and a wash and blow dry for me) and offer advice and recommendations. On completion we were both thrilled with the result. I would definately recommend the salon for it's friendly staff, cleanliness and cost.

I popped into Hays on impulse after my friend at the gym recommended them and she has great hair. I'd been trying on clothes earlier that day and seen my awful hair in the changing room mirror.
I was pleased that they could offer me an appointment with Milli straight away. She listened to what I wanted, and cut my hair beautifully. I was pleased with the blow dry too. I was also offered a drink and had a great cuppa. I enjoyed the experience, everyone was chatty and welcoming. Great haircut, lovely staff (no hard sell of products either) good price. I'll certainly go back.
This hair dressers is a very friendly environment I've known one of the stylist's over a year and she is a very competent hair dresser would highly recommend coming here

The service was very good and the two girls on duty looked after me and my hair . I'm so pleased with the new style and shall be coming back for my routine trims !
Easy online booking..managed to get appointment same day. Great communication. Arrived at salon early, fully prepared to wait, however was straight into chair. Stylist discussed my requirements first then hair wash and back for cut. Great stylist, realy listened to what I wanted and as I have a fear of hairdressers she totally out me at ease. Definitely going back again.
Very friendly stylist and mostly pleased with the results! Managed to lighten the ends of my hair to a beautiful colour and hoping to return again to have it even lighter.
Roxy showed a really good understanding of how my hair moves and settles. Without seeming to cut lots of hair off she has added lots of movement to my hair and restored it's curl. I can just wash and go in the morning and it looks like I've made an effort with it. Thank you!
Today I had a cut and colour at hays for the first time, I had my hair done by Milli she was fantastic made me feel welcome and relaxed she listened to exactly what I wanted, very nice atmosphere! I'll defiantly be returning and will recommend hays to all my friends and family!!

I haven't been to Hay's for years (in truth I haven't had a haircut for years!) and was so relieved to find it was exactly the same as I remembered it: relaxed and welcoming and full of clients of all ages. Hay's are currently celebrating 60 years in the business, and I'm not surprised. It is exactly what a hairdressers should be, and Roxy - I can't thank you enough for my epic and very chic bob!

The lady was very nice, though I didn't get to choose what colour I wanted my hair, she kind of went her own way? Also, when I said how I wanted my hair cut, she didn't really listen.
Having said that, did a nice job, wanted much more volume but didn't look bad.

I am someone who shies away from hair salons having had a lot of bad experiences in the past. But the staff at Hays make me feel so comfortable and welcome. Milli knows exactly what I want and does an excellent job of cutting and colouring my hair. In fact, I now look forward to my appointments. The atmosphere is good and the staff are very friendly. I cannot recommend Hays highly enough.

I truly cannot emphasise just how perfect my experience at Hays (Daventry) was. I called to make an appointment at 9 in the morning, and they managed to fit me in for 10:45 that same day. As soon as I got there, all the staff were friendly and smiling, and greeted me warmly before I even sat down. There was barely a wait before the cut, and my stylist - Roxy(?) - listened to exactly what I wanted.
After several rounds of bleaching, she got the look I was after precisely. It looks fab, and I am so pleased with how it's turned out! The price too is extremely good, considering what was done to get my hair from long and black to short and blonde!
Overall just thrilled with the experience. Will definitely recommend to everyone I can!

Visited Hays today and as usual I left feeling great! Sam my stylist always gets my hair spot on and understands what I want. All the girls are lovely and there is always a nice atmosphere when I walk in, even if they are having a stressful day.
It's the small touches that make this salon well worth a visit.

Just had a wet cut and blow dry. My stylist was very nice, she asked exactly what I wanted and helped me make the right decision whilst there. She was thorough and my hair looked a million times better than before! Very pleased and going back in June ????
I have tried other salons although never come out that happy. I will never try another again, Hay's listen to what to want and I have never walked out unhappy. People always comment how good my cut is and the style lasts for weeks. Love it. Fab hairdressers.
