I arrived and they made me wait 15 minutes. The wash was dreadful and soap got into my eyes. I sat down on the chair and there was hair everywhere. When I told the woman (who could barely speak English) that I wanted just an inch off all the way around and for the front to be SLIGHTLY feathered, I was not expecting to walk out with my hair 3 inches shorter and for the whole of my head to be layered. It looks appealing and I think this woman is not qualified to be a hairdresser. Even when I told her to stop cutting hair she persisted. I will never be returning nor will I ever recommend this to anyone.
