Initially good. This visit was not as good throughout. Asked for advice on colours and skin tone etc the result was a blonde which was over processed and does not compliment my skin tone whatsoever. I like ashy tones the result is quite ashy, light bits around face not blended into hair so look like thick streaks on my head. Left to process with bleach whilst stylist did another clients hair, was told I would be checked on, half arsed check done on two foils from top of head (not bottom where the bleach was first placed) those foils were on a total of 1 hour 40 mins by the time they were taken off. When discussing toners, one stylist with red hair told the other well don’t use too much toner it’ll darken don’t worry, even though ***** wanted to use another one. Result is yellow already, does not suit me whatsoever despite asking for colour advice. Feel very insecure with the result.
