Daniel is one of a kind, so very happy with his work and behaviour that I am over the moon.
Really hard though to find availability but 1000% worth the wait.

Im rating it 6/10 as i was told by the receptionist that the blow dry cut plus a balayage would cost me £150-£160 which i was happy with. On the day i was then told it might be additional up to £35 as they will be using extra dye for my hair due to my long hair length. I was not happy because cost and living and all you know. liv said i had to speak to the manager to discuss price. Again i was not happy to hear that response. At the end however Liv informed me that they wont charge me extra as i was not aware, but the fact i mentioned that i was not told in the first place meant i was able to pay the price i wanted. At the end however i got the balayage i wanted thanks to Liv, however when i left i had a disappointing look on the receptionist face. I did not even get a thank you for coming after spending all that money. The receptionist definitely needs to gain knowledge around correct pricing and also on providing good customer service.

Fantastic blonde refresh, styled with a little curl…so cute! Wonderful head massage…by a young lady who was washing my new highlights with great care. Such a wonder experience from start to finish.

As always I am delighted with the colour style and cut.

Just an overall pleasant experience

I felt really comfortable with the lovely Jade. The consultation process was great, and I felt confident that she was doing the best for my hair, and what would work for me and suit me both style and colour wise. My hair was in pretty bad condition and Jade did a marvellous job bringing it back to health. The salon experience was great, everyone is super friendly, including Daniel. Robyn, the apprentice was also lovely, and I really appreciated her conversation and head massage. Good coffee too. Looking forward to my next visit.

I'm so pleased with my colour and cut. Jade is really lovely. She always listens to you and advises too. Jade is so welcoming and makes you feel relaxed, comfortable and also very attentative All the staff are lovely, very attentative and make you feel very comfortable and relaxed too. When I sat down I was made extremely welcome and any nervousness soon disappeared. After multiple failed hair stylists in Coventry you can imagine my delight of having the opportunity to have an expert looking after my hair. I was unsure on what style to go for but after Ellie and Filip showed me a style that would suit I was very happy for the stylist to go ahead. At all times I was informed of what was happening and occasionally Filip would be called to ensure the style was right. On each occasion Ellie was told "perfect" I have never meet such a team of people who are dedicated to their profession, but Daniel Granger's salon is simply outstanding for this practice.
Another appointment in 8 weeks and cannot wait.

This was my second visit and I was made to feel very welcome. I discussed the colour and style that I wanted and Rachel was very helpful advising me on how we could achieve this. She is definitely a great asset to your salon. I love that the vibe is so relaxing whilst not losing any professionalism. I look forward to my next visit.

Well, what can I say. My hair has never been more voluminous, bouncy, healthy and simply fabulous! The experience is spot on from the moment you walk through the door! The ladies are welcoming, the drinks are delicious and the hair washing is on the next level with massage chair and beautiful artwork! Daniel is just a gem! He takes time to know what you are looking for and his effortless conversation makes you feel like best friends after 10 minutes in his chair!
I have already recommended and will continue to do so to everyone who compliments my hair… which is pretty much everyone🤣

I visit this salon regularly for my cut and blow dry and on this visit decided to go a tiny bit shorter on Filips advice.I need my hair to stay and look good without a lot of maintenance on my part and Filip has always met that expectation .I haven't always trusted my hairdresser to go with what they recommend but I'm happy to say at this Salon with Filip as my stylist Im more than happy to do that.Its a luxury I've got used to .I would highly recommend anyone looking to change their stylist to give this salon a chance like I did .It's been a decision I wish I had made a long time ago .Always excellent customer services from everyone from the team here and a lovely relaxing place to spend an hour or so and get your hair styled.

Filip is cutting my hair for more than 10 years and never fails to surprise me. I went from 18 inch hair to short bob and he made sure that I walk out on a cloud looking amazing!

As always Filip cut my hair beautifully. He also helped advise on a slight colour shade change which Liv did wonderfully. End result,fab!!!

I came to the salon several months ago and had a great cut done by Filip. I then went elsewhere for convenience but was not happy with the cut. I came back to see Filip and he just knows what you need, he's a genius! He will be dying my hair soon and I know I am in great hands. Can't recommend Filip or the salon highly enough!!
